General FAQs
This depends on where you are located. Shipping time to the United States is approximately 7-15 working days, while shipping time to other areas is approximately 10-20 working days.
If you live in the United States, you can get free shipping on orders over $80. Otherwise, shipping will be determined by your address/location as well as your shipping options.
To track your order, please go to the relevant shipping company’s website and enter your tracking number.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Please send an email to support@aity.com regarding this matter. Kindly provide your invoice ID or the last four digits of your credit card, and we will check for you.

Most of the time, processing and shipping of your order occurs the same day to ensure prompt delivery. As a result, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. In addition, if the order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the address. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the package will usually be returned to us by the carrier. In that case, you will receive a refund and we will not be able to retry shipping the order to you.
All orders must be placed online. We cannot place orders over the phone.

When reporting a defect via email, please include the following information: your order number. Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you a new replacement as soon as possible. Any returned item must include all original parts and packaging, batteries (if applicable), power cord, controls, blank warranty card, instructions, etc.
